The Role
As a Generalist Copywriter within US Marketing, you will create impactful, engaging content to support our client’s healthcare professional (HCP) and customer-facing initiatives. Your work will focus on producing concise targeted copy, while ensuring scientific accuracy and relevance. This role is an exciting opportunity to craft educational communications and marketing materials that empower audiences and reflect Moderna’s innovative approach to healthcare communication.
Here’s What You’ll Do
- Develop targeted, high-quality content for HCPs and customers, with a focus on educational and marketing materials that drive engagement and clarity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with strategic objectives, scientific standards, and brand voice.
- Conduct research and apply scientific acumen to create accurate, relevant, and compelling content tailored to a medical audience.
- Contribute to omnichannel campaigns by producing versatile content across platforms such as web, email, and print.
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and adherence to healthcare regulatory requirements across all deliverables.
Here’s What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in copywriting, content creation, or a related role, ideally in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Expertise in SEO best practices, including keyword optimization and digital analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to craft engaging content for specialized audiences, particularly HCPs, with a strong grasp of medical or scientific communication.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare marketing compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in managing legal, medical and regulatory review processes in the pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms is a plus.
